Founding story

Inspired by the intersection of past graduate studies, expertise as an Apple Technical Support Advisor, and work as a volunteer instructor for local digital literacy groups, Libby Soucaze established Digital Access Labs. Through years of providing tech support both personally and professionally, she gained critical insights to the challenges faced by individuals and their communities in accessing digital resources and technology. Having helped thousands of individuals during her years at Apple, she witnessed firsthand the profound impact of digital literacy on individuals’ lives. This unique blend of education, practical experience, and dedication to community empowerment fueled the vision for Digital Access Labs—a dedicated organization committed to promoting digital access, literacy, and technology support for all.
